CONSULTATION
Our handcrafted bridal and evening gowns are designed to perfectly fit you on your special day. We use only the finest laces and fabrics sourced from renowned suppliers around the world.
To create a gown that is uniquely yours, we offer a complimentary design consultation at Bella’s home studio in Perth. During this personalised session, you’ll have the opportunity to share your vision, and together, we'll select the ideal silhouette, fabrics, and colours to bring your dream gown to life.
Bella will show you fabric options, create a sketch of your custom design and provide a quote. Once you're confident in your choice, we will take your measurements to begin crafting your dream gown.
CREATE
Once your design is finalised, your gown will undergo a series of fittings to ensure a perfect fit. The number of fittings will vary based on the style of the gown, typically ranging from 3 to 5 sessions.
Calico
A “toile” or sample gown, made from calico fabric, is created to test and perfect the design. This prototype allows us to refine the silhouette and ensure it fits your body shape flawlessly.
Blank
After perfecting the calico fit, we move on to your chosen base fabrics as your “blank canvas.” At this stage, the gown is assembled without lace to give you a visual of the overall silhouette.
Lace Placement
Lace will be meticulously pinned to your gown based on design inspiration. During this fitting, lace can be adjusted, added, or removed to achieve the desired look.
Final Fitting
The final fitting ensures that every detail is perfected. Once everything meets your expectations, your gown will be steamed and packed - ready for pick-up.
